Description

Situated between La Trimouille and Le Dorat, this country house has been renovated over the last 6 years, so, no more to do, just turn up! Into the house we have a hall, with, to the left a fitted kitchen of around 12m2. To the right we have a sitting room of 25m2 with wood burner and at the end of the hall a shower room. Upstairs we have a big landing with a WC and 3 bedrooms, another bedroom of 18m2 needs to be completed.

Attached to the house there is a big workshop of 30m2 with an attic above - very usable space. Outside there is a fast stretch of road, but very little traffic and the garden and terrace are absolutely beautiful. At the end of the garden there is a little lake of around 1000m2, plenty of fish and it is idyllic, down here. Another large pasture of around 8000m2, beyond the lake, has a smattering of trees to keep your horses cool in the summer.

The road will get busy (!) a couple of times a day as the guys get to and from their places of work, but very quiet otherwise - if you can put up with that, the rest is gorgeous.
