House

Ground floor

The front door opens to a spacious living room (24 sq m) with tiled floor and a fireplace with wood-burning stove. To the right a glazed door opens to a second reception room (17 sq m) with a very attractive wooden parquet floor and a fireplace (currently non-functioning but which could be brought back into service).

To the left of the living room a glazed door opens to the kitchen (12 sq m) with a tiled floor, a range of modern fitted units and a door to a paved terrace to the side of the house.

First floor

A wooden staircase rises from the living room to the first floor landing. To the left a door opens to a large double bedroom (17 sq m) with a wooden floor and a basin to one corner. To the right of the landing a door opens to another large bedroom (15 sq m) with a wooden floor. From here a door opens to another room (12 sq m) with wooden floor - this room could be used as a third bedroom or a generous dressing room.

Cellar

A door under the stairs descends to a small cellar - ideal for use as a wine cellar.

Exterior

To the front of the house is a pretty garden with a gravel area for parking. To the side is a paved terrace - ideal for outside dining as it is directly accessible from the kitchen. Next to this is the small outbuilding (formerly a laundry) which could make a great artist studio/office.

This is an attractive house in the heart of a popular village and could make a great holiday or permanent home.
