Ground floor

The front door opens to an entrance area in the main living room. The living room (about 31m2 in total) has a tiled floor and defined living and kitchen areas. The living area (about 20m2) looks out over the coast and has a pretty fireplace. The kitchen area (about 11m2) is equipped with fitted units and overlooks the lane to the back of the house.

Off this entrance area is a store room.

First floor

A wooden staircase rises from the second entrance hall to the first floor landing. To the left is a shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC), next to which is a bedroom (11m2) with wooden floor and a window overlooking the back of the house.

To the right of the landing a door opens to another bedroom (14m2) with wooden floor, fireplace and a window with fine coastal views. A door from here opens to a room (8m2 - currently used as an overflow bedroom).

Exterior

To the front of the house is a small terrace.

This is a pretty house in a great coastal location within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and beach. The historic town of Rochefort is just a short drive and La Rochelle is less than an hour's drive.
