PRICE CUT - Cool 3-Bedroom Duplex..

This bright and generously-sized 3 bedroom apartment is situated at the foot of the lush, in a quiet part of the village within 24-hour secure, gated community, with no through-traffic. The property is in a popular development and is a duplex with an open-plan internal design.

Entry is to the lower floor, which is home to the three spacious bedrooms. Each is furnished with either a king-size bed or twin beds, and has the benefit of fitted wardrobes, a vanity unit and a balcony. Two bedrooms share the well-appointed main bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower and modern sanitary ware. Also on this floor are a laundry room with washing machine and a large storage room, which is large enough to double as a home-office if required.

The private plunge pool is raised and has a surrounding deck area and there is a convenient outdoor shower also. Within the complex itself there are three large swimming pools with generous terrace areas with sun-loungers and shades. The external area is extensive and has ample space for a number of sun-loungers as well as an alfresco dining table and chairs. Thanks to its high rooftop elevation it benefits from cool tropical breezes and has good views of the surrounding untouched hills.

The property was listed at THB 8.9 million - it has now been discounted by 2.4 million THB in order to subsidize the payment of the Common Area Management fee for many, many years to come (it will most likely cover the total of the extra CAM fee, or even more).
