Pristine 3 bedroom pool villa at Siam..

This gorgeous property has just been fully refurbished to the highest standards and by top craftsmen. Also the carefully picked designer furniture and deco items are new and carefully selected.

The generous living-room with an airy cathedral ceiling and built-in ceiling aircon is equipped with a 55 inch LED TV and a Bose home theater. The separate dining room and the living-room are overlooking the overflow pool and the outdoor area. The pool has been upgraded too and offers fancy coloured LED lighting.

The wonderful kitchen - newly installed by Euro Design - offers all you ever want: A sparkling black granite worktop, induction stovetops, an extraction fan, a modern stove, microwave, dishwasher, a top-end double-door fridge/freezer, wine-cooler and all the equipment down to the teaspoon.

The water features give you a cozy welcome to the house.

There is a spacious covered terrace with awning to the outside so that even a monsoon rain can be enjoyed live and the garden furniture is protected too.

The master bedroom provides a generous walk-through closet and a bathroom with bathtub, separate (rain)-shower and a Geberit brand toilet.

Besides the two generous bedrooms, both with chic en-suite bathrooms, there is a smaller guest-room with a sofa bed which could well be used as an office. In addition, there is a fully equipped maid room as well. Next to it is a toilet/bathroom combined with laundry space (Siemens washing-machine and tumbler).

The villa is easy to maintain as there is sophisticated artificial lawn on the terrace across the pool with its deckchairs plus auto sprinklers in the garden areas.

The property is air-conditioned throughout. Even kitchen and maid room offer these cooling devices and ceiling fans are installed everywhere as well.

It is a healthy home as all rooms provide generous UPVC-windows, many of them with modern mosquito screens for a pleasant airflow. The rooms are all ventilated keeping the air fresh also during longer absences.

Dimmable halogen lights, TV, Internet and phone connections throughout the house, a Bosch smart phone-controlled alarm system, two underground water tanks, keypad entrance doors and more are available on the technical side.

You will be pleasantly surprised of the top quality of construction and sanitary and electrical installations.

This villa provides lots of privacy and plenty of space for an active family and their friends and the atmosphere of a happy home.
