This charming and immaculate 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage would fit right into a storybook with its gabled roof and park like setting amid large hardwoods and mountain foliage.

The cottage offers an open concept floor plan with the living area open to the kitchen and dining area. The living area features vaulted ceiling with stone wood-burning fireplace (currently with wood stove insert,) and floor to ceiling windows.

This bonus room offers a multitude of uses such as a formal dining room, office, play room or library.

The large main level master suite offers plenty of space for a sitting area, en-suite bath and...

...private access to the wrap around deck, making it the perfect retreat. A full bath and laundry area completes the main level.

The upper level offers two bedrooms, each with private balconies overlooking the park like setting.

The open wrap around deck is perfect for outdoor grilling, dining and just enjoying Nature.

What a peaceful setting! This cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and forest. There is also a shed for storing mountain toys and tools. The cottage is the only house on the street, so the lot lives much larger than its 0.65 acres.
