Radhus, Frigiliana - Costa del Sol..

A traditional village house situated centrally with the village, on a pretty small side street leading from Calle Real, the main street in Frigiliana.

The house is in excellent condition throughout and has been completely renovated in recent years. The house is approached through a delightful, covered street leading to the front of the property that has two separate entrances.

Upon entering the property the main floor has a lounge with built in seating, and a dining area, this leads to a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops, electric oven and ceramic hob, built-in stainless steel fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a separate storeroom under the stairs to the terrace. Also on this floor is one of the property's bathrooms with walk in shower.

A spiral staircase within the lounge leads to the first floor, on this floor is the master bedroom and the second bathroom also with shower. The bedroom is used by the current owners as a second lounge with a large sofa which converts to a double bed when required.

The property benefits from air conditioning units for both hot and cold in the downstairs lounge, and the master bedroom/second lounge on first floor.

Access to the pretty roof terrace is via stairs leading from the master bedroom. The terrace is approximately 20m2 in size and offers wonderful views across the historic quarter of Frigiliana and down to the coastline of Nerja. There is ample space for dining and enjoying the sunshine.

The property's second bedroom has an independent entrance from the main house, and is accessed via an entrance just below the living/dining room. This room offers a second double bedroom, and is lovely and cool, perfect for those hot summer months.

The property offers great value, for a completely refurbished house which is ready to move into.
