Really lovely townhouse in one of the oldest picturesque street in the village of Selva, fabulous location, within walking distance to the main plaza. In need of a reform but considering the age of the property it has been very well maintained, beamed ceilings all in good condition downstairs, lovely stone facade, mountain views even a view to the sea from the roof terrace.
The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms downstairs & a bathroom. Outside a small private garden/patio. Upstairs you have a further two rooms (one very large) which can easily be converted into more bedrooms & bathrooms, then stairs up again to the roof terrace.
The picturesque town of Selva sits at the base of the Tramuntana Mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This impressive backdrop adds another dimension to an already attractive little village. It provides visitors with relaxation and seclusion while experiencing a slice of genuine rural Mallorca. Undoubtedly one of the best ways to enjoy Selva is simply to take a stroll and soak up the atmosphere. The traditional buildings and the cobbled streets provide plenty of ambience to transport you back in time. Despite being so isolated Selva enjoys relatively easy access by road. Located only a few minutes drive away from Inca, you can enjoy the tranquillity of Selva but still be able to go to Inca, mainly known as the „leather town “, to do some serious shopping and enjoy the very special weekly market on Thursdays. It’s easily accessible both by car and by train from the cosmopolitan capital, Palma, always worth visiting with a wide range of designer boutiques, gourmet restaurants and a bustling nightlife. At the other hand the Bay of Alcudia lies on the north coast of Mallorca which boasts clear shallow waters and long white sandy beaches.
