This renovated 4-bedroom stone house, set in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, has a pool and is just a short drive from Chateauneuf-sur-Charente.

House

Ground floor

From the enclosed courtyard to the front of the house a glazed door opens to the kitchen (22m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone wall, exposed beam ceiling, open fireplace and a range of fitted kitchen units.

To the left of the kitchen a very wide archway leads through to the breakfast / dining room (16m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, stone fireplace and a pair of glazed doors to the courtyard to the front of the house.

From the breakfast room, to the left, a corridor leads to the living room (35m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and glazed patio doors to both the front courtyard and the back garden. This room is currently divided informally into sitting and dining areas. A door from here opens to a large store room.

To the right, the corridor from the breakfast room provides access to a room (7m2 -currently used as a guest bedroom), a utility room and a separate WC.
