House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (5.6m x 2.6m = 14.5m2) with tiled floor. To the right of the hall a door opens to the kitchen (6m x 3.1m = 19.5m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone wall, a range of modern fitted kitchen units and a part-glazed door to the exterior.

To the left of the entrance hall a door opens to a large family bathroom (about 12m2 with bath, wash-basin and a laundry area.

To the rear of the hall, to the left, a corridor provides access to two rooms (each about 4.5m x 2.7m = 12m2) with tiled floors. These rooms are currently used as bedroom but could equally be used as offices, games rooms etc. Also off the corridor is a separate WC.
