Classical cascina with renowned wines!

In a beautiful country setting, between to charming hilltop villages, we find this small gem of a property.

The classical Piemonte farmhouse has been delicately and carefully renovated with great care for details and authenticity, and the setting is quiet and private with extraordinary views towards the village and over the vineyards towards the Alps in the North.

The belonging land and the well-kept Barbera DOCG vineyards are app 15.000 sqm, sloping down from the house.

In the basement we find the classical cantina with the vaulted ceilings and even its own well, this is where we now find the barriqaia and the winestorage.

On the ground floor are the large country style kitchen with a fireplace, and a cosy living room, there is an office, another room and a bathroom/laundry.

Upstairs four spacious luminous bedrooms and a bathroom, master bedroom has its own sitting area in front of the fireplace.

There is a large portico running the length of the house, perfect for entertaining and outside dining.

Down in the vineyard we find another small outbuilding, still to be renovated.

If the new owner would like to keep the winery and continue the wineproduction, the wines are well-know all over the world, and one could continue working with the existing importers if that would be of interest.
