8 years ago we turned this dream of an existence. We turn with love and respect at all times Canarian architecture a house 250 years in a cozy restaurant.
For family reasons we unfortunately have to leave our "baby" and looking for new "parents" who are bringing it continuos standard.
Is located in a beautiful square in the midlands of Arico (380 m height) 5km from the TF1 motorway. Parking in the square.
Our clientele is international. Should speak Spanish, German and / or English.
With some pride we can say we have made it out in almost all major tourist guides. German: Reise Know How, ADAC, Marcopolo ... etc. And international: English, Dutch, French ... etc. ..
We are also present in Tripadvisor.
Other than that we cooperate successfully with holiday cottages and holiday apartments in around the (quite there!) And the season is all year in Tenerife. But also from the residents of the island. We do not live only on tourism.
The restaurant has about 100 mq inside. 48 seats (24 inside, 24 outside). Wood furniture. There is a small bar with 2 high tables and 10 small comfortable bar stools.
The restaurant meets all regulations and has all the necessary licenses.
The owners of the house (very nice locals) want serious and responsible tenants with business level and respect and not to become a cocktail bar.
The current rent is 600 Euros.
