Quaint Finca with pool, stables and B&B potential near Antequera, Malaga for sale!

The farm is situated just a few minutes south-west of Antequera overlooking the majestic mountains of the natural park of El Torcal.
The old farm buildings were completely renovated in 2010 and with great taste and love for detail turned into a gem of a typical Andalusian “cortijo”. Sitting in grounds of 13,500 m2 of olive plantation and surrounded by lush and peaceful country there are 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the sprawling farm complex with a built area of some 280 m2.
The main house and the guest cottage with its own kitchen are connected by romantic patios and terraces . The highlight is the large 5 x 10 meter pool with a generous sun terrace and breathtaking views over valley and mountains.
A short distance from the main cottage is a 90 m2 barn with two horse boxes and large hay and food storage. Close by is a round pen needing some improvement. The farm buildings are connected to mains water and electricity. There is central heating throughout assisted by log burning stoves.
Due to its proximity to Antequera and the relative short drive to Malaga's beaches and airport - under one hour - the finca is an ideal all year round B&B busines
