Description

I really will be vetting people on this one because it has such a wealth of original features it deserves, no demands to be restored by someone who is 100% committed to keep its integrity!

Set in a very pretty and well kept hamlet 2kms from Oradour St Genest. The town of Le Dorat is 8kms away and has shopping, bars, restaurants and all other amenities for everyday living.

Poitiers airport and train station are about one hour twenty minutes away, Limoges airport is under one hour's drive.

The back of the property rests at the edge of the hamlet, with an outbuilding to the side and gardens to the front which has open views over the tree lined fields and countryside beyond. It has the most amazing features including a bread oven and original oak colombage with wattle and daub internal walls. It really does deserve to be owned by someone who will want to renovate it sympathetically and keep its original features.

Please note you would have to fit a fosse/microstation to this property.
