Saint-Marcet

Situated on a south facing plot of over 3 acres less than one hour south west from Toulouse and between the market towns of St Gaudens and Boulogne sur Gesse. The property has been fully renovated and is fully double glazed and centrally heated. Overlooking the chain of the Pyrenees with one of the regions most outstanding views the property currently has a successful 'gite' which could also function as a wing of the main house for larger or extended family. The main house has south and west entrances, a large simple kitchen with a wood fired Rayburn, sitting room, office, utility (with shower and w.c.) larder and house shower room. On the first floor is a superb stylish second sitting room overlooking the Pyrenees with exposed stone walls and wooden beams leading to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and 'Jack and Jill' bathroom which can also be used by the other bedrooms. The 'gite' (which has a communicating door with the office) has a large open plan sitting room with a fitted kitchen, utility with w.c. and shower and on the first floor two double bedroom suites with exposed beams and stone walls. The land slopes gently to the south with fruit trees, vegetable garden to the west and a lovely pool. The grounds are entirely fenced so perfect for animals too. The property has a lovely ambience, spacious without being too big with no work to envisage. Highly Recommended. Please call 00 33 (0)561 97 99 03 or 00 33 (0)632 635 838 for more details
