Siam Royal View: large 3 bedroom sea..

This property is one of Siam Royal Views favorite villa type, named 'Sanee'. A villa of high standards on a large plot of land with panoramic views across the city and the seas.

There are a total of 3 generous bedrooms, all providing their en-suite bathrooms. An additional guest-toilet is there as well.

All main rooms (but one bedroom) provide this panoramic views over the city and the seas.

The Western kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with Electrolux ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, a two-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, black granite worktop and more. The dining-area is just across.

The private pool is long and overflows over a cascade down to the property's lower part. There, at the front-end of the property, a garden stretches out, being a wonderful place for a badminton or a ball game, nicely separated from the main living spaces.

The gardens - in 3 different areas - are of lush greenery with juicy lawns and well cared plants and trees.

The roomy verandah provides an outdoor lounge sofa and a dining-table.

There are 4 air conditioners, are Daikin brand models and the one in the living-area an expensive ceiling mounted unit. The UPVC-sliding-doors and windows are of high quality keeping the heat and any noise outside.

There is ADSL-Internet and a flat-screen TV with True vision reception.

There is plenty of storage space with one room containing a washing-machine and tumbler. Vehicles can be stored at the remote controlled open double garage.

From what we know, this is the most attractively priced 'Sanee' Villa at Siam Royal View above Pattaya. Just come and see.
