A wide square arch separates the living- and the dining-area. This one bears a massive wooden table and is built in a glazed oriel reaching over the pool.

There is lots of storage space. The main storage area can be accessed from the remote controlled garage and also bears the laundry (washing machine and tumbler).

The beautiful half-open kitchen has been designed by the owner and custom-built by Euro-Design. Appliances like dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop are all from Siemens. Furthermore, an extraction fan, double door fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and more are there. The kitchen is equipped down to the teaspoon and offers plenty of storage space and soft closing drawers. The worktop is made out of terracotta colored 'Coria', an artificial stone that can be invisibly repaired if broken. The elegant breakfast counter is combined with the cooktop and stands as an island. A great place for a quick Espresso.

The two bedrooms are generously large. The smaller one provides wall-to-wall built in cabinets from Euro Design, the larger-one a roomy walk-in closet. Both have their nice en-suite bathrooms. The smaller or guest-bedroom can be discreetly accessed and unlocked from the outside. If required, there is space for a 3rd bedroom.

The 3 sector outdoor lighting and the water features charm the property to a tropical paradise. The gardens are lovely manicured and the pool is generous and nicely lit. From the living-area and the master bedroom, you can directly access the large covered terrace. Ideal for outdoor dining and with the deckchairs, the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon at the pool.

The expensive remote controlled blinds are installed outside to really protect from heat. All air conditioners are top Daikin brand models, the living-room unit an expensive ceiling unit. The villa is fully and nicely furnished and equipped.

On the technical side, the construction quality is superb, the condition of the villa as well. There is ADSL Internet, a built-in Onkyo and Bose-sound system in several rooms, Grundfos water pumps, UPVC sliding-doors and windows and an alarm system with cameras and remote panic button. This can be monitored by a smartphone.
