The garage is accessible via a gate in the back garden and from one of the bedrooms. The back garden is mainly lawned with trees and shrubs. There is also a covered terrace at the back of the house.

Requiring some updating, the house could be ideal as a permanent or holiday home; its location means that there is access to all of the towns' facilities: shops, restaurants, schools, park etc ...
