Descripción

The house is about 230 square meters on 2 floors, consisting of 4 en-suite double bedrooms (2 with showers, 1 with bath and 1 with both), 2 lounge rooms, kitchen, dining room and downstairs utility room with WC.

It was completely reformed from an old hunting lodge in 2002 so all plumbing and electrics are modern.

It has a spacious enclosed courtyard and two lower levels of south facing terracing of over 200 square meters with a large swimming pool on the lower level. It is situated in the middle of a 28000 square meter plot of land with Olive, Almond and Oak trees.

The village of Villanueva de la Concepci­on is 4 kilometers away. There is a 300 meter track up to the house from the road with right of way through neighboring farmland. Although this track is serviceable there is an option of building a private access road as the land does extend all the way down to the road.

The house has mains electricity, telephone and satellite TV installed. Mains water is not supplied but there is a well.
