Small fishing lake with a self sufficient chalet, ideal for camping car too!, and with parking. Peaceful and private loation. Classed as a leisure plot with lake.

This small lake is situated nears Guilliers, Morbihan and has a chalet which the current owners have changed to a one bedroom, lounge with a woodbuner and kitchenette with a shower. This chalet cannot be used as a permanent dwelling.

The chalet has it's own spring water supply using a pump. There is also a little gas cooker in the kitchenette, bottled gas, there is also a toilet attached to the chalet and a storeroom.

The lake is surrounded by trees and is in a private and peaceful location.

In the lake are carp, trench and rudd.

There is an area outside the chalet which is ideal to have table and chairs for outside dining.

Room for parking and even room for a camper van.

An ideal, lock up and leave chalet with your own private little lake.
