Solid 4 bedroom house at urban..

Located in a lively, centrally located housing estate, this is a property from where you can reach everything by foot and that is inexpensive and easy to maintain.

The ground-floor offers the living-room that is combined with a dining-area with a noble rosewood table for 8 persons. Further back, the L-shaped light colored wooden kitchen with granite cooktop and plenty of space. Most of the flooring is marble. A generous gangway leads to the upper floor that holds four bedrooms. We could not picture them all as they were lived in at that day. There is the master-bedroom with its full marble en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedrooms share another bathroom. One bedroom is used as a well-equipped home office. All rooms are air conditioned and also offer ceiling fans. The windows offer screens to ensure a good airflow in the house.

The house comes fully furnished, including two large, modern flat screen TV sets. The living-room offers some very expensive rosewood furniture with mother of pearl inlay.

The German owner has invested a considerable amount in technical improvements. The roof is insulated with PU-foam, there are stainless rain gutters all around the house and the windows are mainly made of aluminum. There is a tiled terrace space plus an elevated covered terrace with a small dining-table (hardly visible on the photos).

On the covered backside of the house, there is a laundry area with washing-machine and tumbler.

A compact and spacious family home that is easy to manage.
