Solid 5 bedroom home in secure village..

Erected in 2009, this well-built 5 bedroom property offers peaceful living in a well-cared housing-estate on a slope in Bang Sarae.

You enter the property by crossing the large covered terrace that offers plenty of space for sunbeds, a dining-table or other seating options. You enter a generous living-room that consists of the Sofa- and TV-area plus plenty of space, even for a large family. In a separate but open room is the dining-area with the according table and divided by a bar counter, the U-shaped Western kitchen. Well equipped with granite worktop, ceramic cooktop, extraction hood and more.

Then there are the 3 larger bedrooms, the master-one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, the others with a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 are a bit smaller and do share the bathroom as well. All of the bedrooms enjoy daylight through windows that are made of solid aluminum and are equipped with mosquito screens. Bedroom 4 and 5 would also make great offices, guest- and/or maid rooms. With a spiral staircase, you reach the roof-terrace to enjoy views towards the seas.

Outside there are galvanized rain gutters all around the house. The village provides its own water-supply by ground-water and the house has a large underground water storage tank. There is satellite-TV reception plus ADSL Internet. The walls are covered by nice wallpapers and equipped with curtains and the house comes partly furnished. The steady breeze of the hill slope location, the mosquito screens, ceiling fans and the wide sliding-doors provide a pleasant airflow throughout the house.
