House

Ground floor

Opening into a spacious tiled hallway (3m x 5.7m = 17m�) to main sitting room opens to the right.

Running the full depth of the house, the sitting room (10m x 5.6m = 56m�) is generously proportioned and also very light and welcoming. There is a fire place with wood burning stove, carpeted floors, dual aspect windows and a built in Charentaise cupboard.
