Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (17 sq m) with tiled floor and exposed beam ceiling. To the left a door opens to the sitting room (36 sq m) with an attractive charentaise stone fireplace, tiled floor and exposed beam ceiling.

To the right of the entrance hall is the dining room (16 sq m) with terracotta tiled floor, exposed stone walls and exposed beam ceiling.

To the rear of the entrance hall a doorway leads through to an internal hallway, off which is a WC. To the left of this hallway a door opens to a spacious kitchen (26 sq m) with tiled floor and high ceiling with exposed beams.

To the far end of the hallway a door opens to light and bright garden room (31 sq m) with tiled floor and views over the garden and pool. Another door from the hallway opens to a large utility room (17 sq m).
