Spacious renovated town house with garage

This stone house in close to the town centre on a quiet street. Recently renovated by the current owner, the house has three reception rooms and scope to enlarge.

HOUSE

The front door opens in to the hall (10m2). From here a door to the left opens into a light and spacious living room (25m2, 5m x 5m) with wooden floor, exposed stone walls and a fireplace.

At the end of the hall is a door to a cloakroom (with wc and wash hand basin) and an arch through to the dining room.

The dining room (32,5m2, 6.5m x 5m) has a fireplace, the stairs to the first floor, door to the kitchen and a door to the sitting room.

The kitchen (11m2, 3m x 3.7m) has a range of fitted low and high level units as well as oven, hob extractor and built in dishwasher. There is a door out to the garden.

The sitting room (15m2, 4m x 3.7m) has glazed, sliding doors out to the garden and a door to a large storage cupboard.

FIRST FLOOR

The stairs lead up to the landing off which are the dressing room (10m2), bathroom (with wc), guest bedroom (9.5m2) and master bedroom (21.5m2, 4.5 x 4.9 with shower room). A door from the dressing room leads to attic storage space. The dressing room could be enlarged into the attic to create a good-sized additional bedroom.

OUTSIDE

A door from the kitchen leads out to the pretty courtyard garden with dining space, patio and a workshop.

A short walk from the house is a single garage.

The layout of the ground floor lends itself well to the creation of a downstairs bedroom and the large cupboard could easily be converted into an additional shower room.
