Spectacular estate with various buildings and the most breathtaking views of Es Vedra

This is a one-of-a-kind property in the South/West of the island with the most breathtaking views of Es Vedra.

The property consists of two main houses, one with four bedrooms and the other one with three bedrooms, as well as two annexes with one bedroom each. In total there are 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

In between the two houses there is a lovely swimming pool, nestled in between natural stone walls, framed with olive trees and with the most incredible panoramic sea views.

Situated on a hillside, the panoramic views are absolutely fantastic, towards Es Vedra as well as direction S'Esparta. From all the houses you enjoy sea and sunset views throughout the whole year.

The houses are finca style, they have a lot of charm and character but will need some updating. The four buildings are all spread out on the large plot which gives them all much privacy and plenty of space for terraces and gardens. The many pine trees give shelter from the sun and the stunning gardens create an oasis of peace and tranquility with the most astounding views.

The houses are all connected to mains electricity, water is through a cistern which catches rain water and can be topped up with water trucks, and the houses all have electric heaters installed for warmth during the colder months of the year.

This is a jewel of a property with an incredible potential which must not be missed.
