Descripción

Splendid manor located in the old town of Inca. Originally Gothic, even though during its restoration were also found several constructions from muslim time, like a potter's oven or a large jar; other medieval architectural elements, such as the entrance door to the kitchen, the arch to the patio or baroque elements as the stairway to the first floor.
Built mostly in technique of brickearth, it is a reference to this type of construction, rare in Mallorca.
The restoration, completed two years ago, was integral. In the course of it, appeared architectural elements of great historical value: The house has two Gothic arches, one of large size, dating approx. to 1400, as well as a potter's kiln of the muslim period, two large and several smaller wine presses.
Comprising ground floor (with different open levels connected with each other) of 314m2, with 115m2 patio. First floor of 234 m2 including a small terrace.
