Le Gras Aunay is a pretty cottage, in beautiful, rolling Normandy countryside, just outside the centre of the village of St Simeon - 61350 - with good sized rooms, wood shed and storage for garden equipment. It has no near neighbours (other than 13 cows every 3 weeks and a large orchard) yet is convenient to the town of Gorron where there is a SuperU supermarket, banks, DIY, bars, restaurants etc. Flers, Domfront and Mayenne are all within travelling distance for alternative shopping locations. It has been my maison secondaire for the last 20 years. Le Gras Aunay is a property full of charm and character having beamed ceilings, stone flagged floors, original cider press, bread oven, log burning stove and good sized gardens with two small orchards. The septic tank conforms to current regulations. There is mains electricity but no town gas and there are telephone and internet connections. It has good sized, renovated rooms: 1. Kitchen downstairs — 6 m x 4 m 2. Sitting room downstairs — 7 m x 6 m 3. Bedroom and bathroom(downstairs) - 7 m x 6 m 4. Mezzanine upstairs(bedroom 3) — 4 m x 5 m 5.
