Main House

Ground floor

The property has two doors facing the courtyard. The firtst has a tiled hallway with cupboard, stairs to the upper floors, and a door to the spacious double aspect living room with logburner. Gite 1

Off the kitchen area is a WC. To one corner a spiral staircase rises to the bedroom (21 sq m) off which is an ensuite shower room with WC. The gite also benefits from an enclosed courtyard with barbeque.

Gite 2

As with gite 1, this two-bedroom gite has recently been refurbished to a very high standard to provide very comfortable and attractive accommodation. On the ground floor is a large open plan living area (46 sq m) with tiled floor exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. At one end is a modern fitted kitchen and a door that opens to a WC. To the other end is the living area with large fireplace. To one corner a staircase rises to a landing off which are two bedrooms (16 sq m each) and a good size shower room. The gite also has a private courtyard with barbeque.

Gite 3

This three-bedroom gite is in good decorative order. The front door opens into an entrance hall. To the left a door opens into a comfortable sitting room (25 sq m) with exposed stone walls, fireplace, exposed beams and a pair of glazed doors opening onto the garden. To the right of the hall a door opens into the kitchen (15 sq m) with tiled floor, fireplace and exposed beam ceiling. To the rear of the hall a staircase rises to a first floor landing, off which are three bedrooms (12 sq m, 8 sq m and 8 sq m) as well as a bathroom. This house has a garden and a large barn attached ad has oil fired central heating.

All three gites share a common access from the road and there is a covered barn (ideal as a games area), a laundry room and an attractive bread oven.

Outbuildings

In addition to the outbuildings attached to the gites there is a barn attached to the house (the house could be extended into this space) and a detached barn with conversion potential. Planning permission has been granted to convert the two barns to habitable accommodation.

There is also a large heated swimming pool (6m x 12m) with extensive terracing enclosed by a wall. This pool has semi-public permission (such use would require enhanced safety features).
