Stunning 4 Bed Townhouse Overlooking..

Modern contemporary 4 bedroom Townhouse is set beside a small cascading lake with plenty of grass lawn and vegetation surrounding, running alongside the 12th fairway of Vale do Lobos Royal Golf Course. Intelligent in design the property maximises space by spanning over several split-levels.

The entrance hallway leads to the spacious and modern to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, stairs drop down to large open plan living / dining room and features a suspended fireplace. The lounge then opens out to the partially covered terraced patio with dining area, barbeque and a lovely infinity swimming pool perched at the end.

Down another level is a small office and a cloakroom. The bottom floor is being used as a large bedroom, but would easily lend itself to being converted into a games room, and has a second kitchen / laundry room attached. Access is also gained to the double garage on this level.

3 bedrooms found upstairs each have their own level, the first is a double bed with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the master suite is on the top floor and boasts an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe / changing area and a private terrace that overlooks the pool and with great views over the golf course.

Finally to finish the Townhouse is a roof top terrace complete with wooden decking and a jacuzzi that overlooks the Royal golf fairway, surrounding area and out to the sea in the distance.
