Stylish Barcelona City Centre Apartment..

If you are looking for a stylish Barcelona city centre apartment in a classic building then this is a perfect option. Located only two blocks from the Sagrada Familia temple in Eixample Derecha this 26 apartment project is going to be something very special.

The apartment in question is on the 4th floor of this building, in Barcelona this actually means it is on the 6th because this building, like so many, has a mezzanine floor and a Principal floor. The apartment is a 48m2 apartment and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms, depending on your requirement.

As part of a full building upgrade project the apartment will beenfit from a whole new lobby, a lift and beautfully appointed entrance and doors. Each property will feature tiling, where possible, and high Catalan ceilings. The windows will be replaced with modern double glazing and the walls in the apartments, where possible, will have beautiful exposed brick.

This building in general and the apartment in particular are being renovated by one of Barcelona's top companies. As part of their commitment to the finest results they are also including a Fibaro Smart Home system. Ths is one of the market leaders in Smart Home systems and provides the ability to control most aspects of your home from a distance. Imagine coming home to a property in summer that is already precooled! All this and much more is possible with this smart home system.

The neighubourhood where this stylish apartment is located is literally two blocks, or maybe 5 minutes walk, to the Sagrada Familia with all the bars and restaurants there. The area immediately around the building is very residential with supermarkets and small shops where you need them.
