This house is situated just a few minutes from the mountain town of Cernache de Bonjardim, part of Serta, the drive to this house is on a small forest road that opens up into a valley with only a few houses scattered around. There are several different parts of land, three good size pieces are flat and close to the stream, and other parts is mainly pine forest.

The olive mill was used by all the surrounding farmers at one point, there is now at the moment no roof, but the very thick stone walls are still standing, the mill is situated a 2 minute walk from the main house., walking past the olive mill into the pine forest will lead you to a man made swimming spot with a small waterfall.

The sellers have prepared new electricity, painted the whole house outside, built stone walls, had new windows put in, built up the attic and put in a new staircase and left to do is only some minor cosmetic work, to make this house shine!

Both Porto and Lisbon is around a 2 hour drive, Coimbra, Portugal's third biggest city will take you 45 minutes to reach and the seaside is 1 hour away.
