Telephone is connected to the property, there is no electricity at the moment but that could be connected if you wish, as there is electricity on top of the land. There is two entrances to the property, both are good dirt tracks, one is coming to the front of the property and in winter time you would probably need a jeep. The other one comes down from the back of the property and there is a good place for parking, which is perfect if you would have guests.

Pedrogao Pequeno is a small village that has a weekly vegetable market, a mini supermarket, school and some cafe's.
