Opis

Situated on the edge of town, on a very quiet, calm, country lane, this house has been completely re-furbished over the last 5 years with full insulation made to ensure it stays nice and cosy in the winter months. Over the very attractive front terrace, which gives a full view of the riverside garden, just over the lane and up and down the valley, we enter the house to find a large kitchen / diner (about 26m2) with big granite fireplace with wood burner, stone tiled floor, exposed beams and oak fitted units. In one corner of the room there is entry to a super little cellar built into the valley wall - lovely, and under the stair we have a WC.

Up the old oak stairs, we have a big room with board floor and granite fireplace - the rear wall is taken up with a full length cupboard which holds two single beds in a studio style - great idea for the summer guests, there is also a big window looking down over the valley. Continuing up the stairs we find a bedroom with good quality en-suite shower, a back door gives access to a big, steep garden which runs all the way up the valley wall and a big velux also give a lovely view out over the river.

The garden opposite is huge and has a large, hard standing just ready (with water and electric) for the fisherman's cabin. Interesting property in a great position, just a walk back into town, but in very quiet corner thereof, good quality renovation with some lovely features.
