Superb 3 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment Close to..

This is a delightfully modern, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor end of block apartment with two terraces on a luxury apartment complex. It is situated just 1.5 km from Falesia Beach and is a short 15 minute stroll to the award winning Vilamoura Marina.

The apartment is accessed through an intercom system and has a large hallway with plenty of storage - quite unusual for an apartment! In the living room/dining area there are two sets of patio doors leading onto an absolutely huge terrace surrounded by lush palms and looking across to the communal pool.

The fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops has room for a small dining set and also has patio doors onto the main terrace.

The bedroom accommodation is located in a separate area - ideal for children to sleep whilst the adults stay up! All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead onto a terrace. Bedroom one looks across the manicured grounds to the pool.

Underneath the property there is a large storage area together with parking for two cars - there is also ample parking outside of the apartments.

This is a small, very attractive development, in a peaceful location with a good build finish - early viewing is highly recommended.
