Opis

Situated in a small hamlet a short drive from 3 major towns, this superb house plus gite has been running as a business for some considerable time - 26 weeks were booked for 2015. Past the bread oven and over the gravelled drive we enter the house to find a large lobby, with a fitted kitchen / diner to the left, this has stone flagged floor, big fireplace and French windows both sides - lovely. Beyond the kitchen there is a laundry cum spare room. The other side of the lobby is a simply gorgeous, big, sitting room with massive fireplace, two French windows, exposed beams and terracotta floor.

Upstairs, we have a big landing, 3 good sized bedrooms with enough dressing rooms to satisfy a family of Hollywood starlets, a bathroom and a gym with a door out to the rear courtyard. There is a big barn opposite the house which has a bar area, two offices and ample party space upstairs - easily converted if further gites are planned!

The gite has a kitchen / diner, a sitting room, laundry room, shower room and a bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs we have a double, family bedroom with exposed beams and a balcony.

The heated pool is 5m * 10m and the rear garden has a volley ball court. The whole property is fenced and is beautifully maintained.
