Technical Writer (Product Documentation)

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to our continued growth and success in the market.

Missions: * Write and maintain technical documentation for our products and services such as installation guides, user manuals, how-to guides, white papers… ;

* Design and organize training materials set and certification program for internal employees and external customers ;

* Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills ;

* Work closely with Marketing, Support and teams to identify/fulfill customer’s need and contribute in our Sales’s growth.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Technical Writer (Product Documentation)

Profil: * Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Network Engineering ;

* In depth knowledge of networking models and protocols ;

* Experience writing technical documentation ;

* Excellent English skills ;

* Excellent organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.
