There is a house on this plot and it has 2 bedrooms but forget that for now. What you are buying here is the most glorious, stunning location with the most superlative views, The biggest problem I have in Andalucia is finding new superlatives to describe the beauty of the countryside and views for our houses and this one has me completely beaten. It is the greatest!

The plot of 19.320 m2 is covered with with olives, carob trees (algarrobos), almonds and wild mountain brush and you have the feeling you are alone on the mountain BUT the village of El Chorro with it's railway station (direct link to Malaga) and the Camino del Rey is only a couple of kilometres away!

When you can tear yourself away from the views the location could not be better for anyone who enjoys the outdoor life. Perfect for walking, birdwatching, riding or mountain biking. In addition the area is extremely popular with mountaineers who come for the sheer rock faces.

As for the house it is best described as derelict. It will need complete reform but it is in good enough condition to avoid any planning problems. Currently a simple 2 bedroom cottage but in a million dollar location, this could be the ultimate "Grand Design"

Finally, just to prove that there are no catches I can confirm that access is good and easy, electricity is available as is the local water supply.
