The Vineyard 1: award-winning 3 bedroom..

Treat yourself with a beautifully designed, modern villa built functional and in high quality.

The generous white aluminum sliding-doors and windows give the villa a pleasantly airy yet cozy feel. All main rooms offer lovely ambient lighting besides the functional lights.

The nice hallways allow the bed- and bathrooms a nice separation from the main living-areas. The 3 bedrooms are generously large and the en-suite bathrooms modern, offering in- and outdoor showers.

The large living-area is combined with the dining-area with a table for six. In the background, the open-space Western kitchen, bearing everything needed to prepare fine meals. Two large storage rooms are there as well.

Modern amenities such as 5 air conditioners, ADSL-Internet, cable-TV reception an alarm system and more are there. The double cavity walls keep the villa well insulated and pleasantly cool.

The property comes fully furnished and equipped, including beautiful curtains, a flat-screen TV and more. You just move in and start enjoying.

The gorgeous L-shaped 48 m2 overflow swimming pool is framed with dark slate and granite and gives the villa this noble touch. The outdoor shower is there too. The nicely manicured gardens - whose juicy lawns are watered by an automatic sprinkler system - are very inviting. The remote controlled garage easily bears two cars.

A special bonus is this large rooftop-terrace offering a kitchenette, a Sala and plenty of space to enjoy great get-togethers under the stars.

A fantastic home for a family or for people who like to entertain.
