This is a bungalow-style 5-bedroom villa and is a in a great rural location. Finca Comas is set down a narrow and winding lane. It's surrounded by gentle farmland and there are wonderful views to the Son Fe mountains in the distance. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access.
Inside, the rooms are all on one level. The villa is designed in classic uncluttered Mallorcan style with cool tiled floors and high beamed ceilings, with dark-wood furniture.
There's a very spacious open-plan lounge with satellite television, dvd and cd player and dining room with the kitchen adjoining. Appliances here include a dishwasher and an oven and hob. There's a separate utility and laundry room with a washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge and dining room out to a long covered terrace, with a pan-tiled roof, and a built-in barbecue and table-tennis table. This terrace overlooks the pool, with extensive lawned gardens and furnished sunbathing terraces. There are lovely views from here of olive trees in the fields around the villa and the distant mountains beyond.
There are five bedrooms at Finca Comas: two double rooms and three twin rooms. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, and in keeping with the rest of the property are accessible for wheelchairs. One of the double rooms is particularly spacious with built-in wardrobes and a lovely new en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second double room also has a new en-suite shower bathroom.
The three twin rooms all have fitted wardrobes and share a fabulous bathroom with twin shower cubicles and double sinks. Finca Comas is a lovely new villa particularly suitable for larger groups of up to ten people. It's in a peaceful rural location surrounded by farmland but is just a short drive away from Pollenca old town, Puerto Pollenca and its beaches, and both Alcudia town and the beaches of Puerto Alcudia. A local Spanish taverna serving traditional dishes is on the main road just 5-minute walk away, and is fantastic value at lunchtime; in particular for the 'menu del dia'.
