In the heart of Caldas da Rainha a three bedroom apartment with views. The apartment is on two levels. There are two private entrances.

First bathroom is fitted with a bath tub, bidet and toilet and sink. The walls and floor are all tiled.

Second bathroom is with a fitted shower unit. The shower is fitted with glass doors. The toilet and bidet and hand wash basin are of white ceramic and the with cupboard space underneath. The walls and floor are all tiled.

The kitchen is in the centre of the apartment with fitted kitchen units. All fully tiled. And with the necessary connections installed. Double stainless steel kitchen sink. A marble worktop..

Next to the kitchen there is an extra room which also has a corner kitchen unit installed with a sink with cupboards below and above. Has an extractor fan and a top electric cooker. In the centre of the apartment there is an open space making it possible to connect with all the rooms. The floor is tiled.

One of the entrances into the apartment has access on a side street with your own private gate. The other entrance is from the main street with stairs leading to the first floor of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the centre of this beautiful town of Caldas da Rainha. This is a spa town. It is famous for the thermal cures, ceramics and fruit farming. The town is named after Dona Leonor, founder of the Misericordia hospital. We have a Museum of Ceramics.

We have some of the most beautiful beaches here on the Silver Coast. Peniche is a pleasant town with its closed 16 century walls. Peniche has good fish restaurants and for its deep sea fishing. All along the coast of going to the the western headland offers grand views of the ocean and the strange shaped rocks along the eroded coastline. Not to be missed 1k from Peniche, Baleal is a small community of fabulous beaches and famous for its water sports including surfing and paddle board.

Other beaches are Nazare, sao Martinho do Porto which is a bay and safe for the children. Not forgetting the Berlenga Islands which is a great tourist attraction today. The boat ride is about 12k by a ferry boat. The island is a nature reserve with its nesting sites for seabirds.

Obidos is famous for its walled fortress and pretty whitewashed houses which are enclosed within a 14century walls.

Caldas da Rainha has a wonderful seven day open air fruit and vegetable market. Great fish market. Schools, kindergarden schools. General hospital. Private medical care. Dentists.Library.
