Tonys Well - Velez Malaga, Malaga, 29700

Superb! Magnificent! A fabulous, stylish and very tasteful south facing country villa with huge terrace, lovely swimming pool, enormous games room and a lot more besides. This home is special.

The main house is 188 m2 built on one level and comes with an entrance hall, reception room, dining room, kitchen with scullery, 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms. And when I say doubles I mean it! Each is currently furnished with 2 double beds and they all have fitted wardrobes.

In front of the house there is a 400 m2 terraced area incorporaing the beautiful swimming pool. In front of this is the games and party room of 145 m2, ideal for entertaining or just having fun on the long summer evenings. It incorporates a bodega and bathroom.

On the lowest opart of the plot there is a 75 m2 block providing stables and tack room. This faces onto an exercise area and coral. There is also a small cottage for a resident groundsman if required.

The whole property covers some 16,300 n2 of fully fenced land. The owners have not really looked at using the land as an income source but they tell me they have some 2,500, 16 year old, grape vines that produce enough grapes for a great deal of beautiful Moscatel wine. Be warned however; I have drunk wine in these hills and it has been the nectar of the Gods, but take it away and it can be sharp enough to take the enamel of your teeth. Seriously, I have never understood why this is but the moral is - drink your home made wine at home!

There are a great many more mature fruit and decorative trees on the land making it a real paradise.

Distance to the beach at Torre del Mar about 14 minutes and Malaga airport is only 40 min away.
