Apartments in Torremolinos with good location and very good communication. After several years with great success as holiday apartments, a new phaseis now starting with the complete renovation of the building to be put up for sale as separate apartments.

There are two options for use of the apartment:
Alternative 1: Enjoy the apartment for a period of four weeks per year in low / middle season. (Obligation to buy furniture package for € 11,500, for 1-bedroom apartment)

Alternative 2: Free access to the apartment all year, but with the ability to use the rental service for 20% of revenue (opportunity to buy a furniture package for € 11,500, for 1-bedroom apartment, but not an obligation).
