(Obligation to buy furniture package for € 11,500, for 1-bedroom apartment)

Alternative 2: Free access to the apartment all year, but with the ability to use the rental service for 20% of revenue (opportunity to buy a furniture package for € 11,500, for 1-bedroom apartment, but not an obligation).
