Apartments in Torremolinos with good location and very good communication. After several years with great success as holiday apartments, a new phaseis now starting with the complete renovation of the building to be put up for sale as separate apartments.

The building consists of 38 bright apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terraces and has been designed in a contemporary style with practical room layout that lets you enjoy your stay. There are two options for use of the apartment:

Alternative 2: Enjoy the apartment for a period of four weeks per year in low / middle season. During the rest of the year the apartment is allocated by a professional rental company that takes care of the apartment with a guaranteed return of 6% per year during the first 5 years. (Obligation to buy furniture package for € 11,000, for 2-bedroom apartment)
