This attractive, renovated town house is located in the whitewashed village of Arenas. The village is 400 metres above sea level and from the terrace there are lovely views of the countryside and the Mediterranean. Almond and olive groves surround the town and nearby you have the ruins of Bentomiz Castle thought to been built originally by the Romans. The castle was witness to many historic events down through the centuries. The bustling town of Velez-Malaga is only ten kilometres away and Malaga can be reached in an hour. There is a daily bus service to the latter. The house is centrally located and shops, banks and bars are only a short walk away. The living space comprises 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a sitting/dining-room adjoined by a kitchen. The house also has a 19 square metre patio and a 10 square metre roof terrace.
