The land covers an area of approximately three hectares, 30000 square meters, which is planted with many fruit trees. The majority of the trees are avocado, in addition there are olive, chirimoya (custard apple), nispero, almond, khaki (sharon fruit), lemon and orange. The land has its own well, an irrigation system and abundant private water which is stored in a tank with a capacity of over 33,000 litres. There is a well maintained track running through the land providing good access for maintenance and harvesting.

The original farmhouse is accessed by a short concrete track leading directly from a tarmac road. To one side of the gravelled parking area there is an open topped water deposit that could be used as a swimming pool. In the centre of the parking area there is an ancient algarrobo tree.

Double wooden doors lead from the terrace into the living room which still has the original fireplace and shelving along one wall. To the right there is a door to another room which could be used as a bedroom or office. From the living room double doors open to another large room. From here an archway gives access to a spacious room with an original terracotta tiled floor, perhaps perfect for a kitchen? This room has an external door to the gravelled parking area.

From the terrace at the front of the property a short flight of stairs lead to another room which, although attached to the main building, has a separate entrance. This small room was the original kitchen and houses the old bread oven. Below the terrace there are eight grape drying beds surrounded by a white painted wall - a particular feature of old fincas in the local area.

Outside there is a large terrace set on two levels which is partly shaded by a grapevine. From the terrace there are views of the countryside, the village of Sayalonga and La Maroma, the highest mountain in the area. Underneath the terrace is a covered BBQ area.
