This is a good sized, two bedroom apartment, located in the centre of Foz do Arelho on the Silver Coast. From the apartment you can walk to the beach, the shops, cafes, restaurants.

Kitchen that has a matching range of base and wall units with work surfaces incorporating a stainless steel sink with drainer. There is a hook up for both a washing machine and a dishwasher. At end of the kitchen is a door that opens onto a reasonable sized and useful pantry area. There is, I addition, a door leading to the outside, which is unusual in an apartment but definitely a bonus.

The living room features wood floors, has a open corner fireplace for those cool evenings and patio doors that lead out to the balcony which looks out over the landscaped gardens and the village.

The family bathroom has a sink set into a vanity, toilet and a bath with shower over.

There are two bedrooms, both have wood floors and large window, the larger of the bedrooms has built in wardrobes.

To the exterior the apartment has a good sized single garage. The apartment gardens are beautifully landscaped with trees, shrubs and flower beds. There is a good sized family swimming pool as well as a smaller pool for children and a nice children\'s play area. The outside BBQ area is a good size and is available for year round use if desired.

The apartment is right in the centre of Foz do Arelho village. Within easy walking distance you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, mini markets. You can walk to the beach at Foz do Arelho and the Obidos Lagoon. Caldas da Rainha, Sao Martinho do Porto are within 10 minutes, Alcobaca is 20 minutes away and Lisbon and the international airport are within an hour. Easy access to the main transportation links going north and south and east.
