Two Bedroom Cottage With Gardens And Views, Caldas da Rainha, Silver Coast

Lovely picturesque Bungalow with two bedrooms situated in a peaceful village of Fanadia.

The lounge is bright and leads of onto two comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has wonderful views of the country side. You will find a cosy bathroom.

The lounge is fitted with a marble fireplace for those cosy chilly evenings. The double doors open out onto the tiled patio which has Portuguese stone flooring all around the outside of the house.

The kitchen is nicely laid out. It has two large windows which have views of the country and onto the gardens.

The outside balcony has a fitted BBQ which is under cover and you are able to enjoy the wonderful views.

The front garden is lovely with the sun all day, and it has a fish pond which has gold fish. From this garden there are a few stone steps taking you up onto the next level of the garden, so you have two lawns. There is a vegetable patch, which looks down on to the front gardens.

The front of the house has a covered area protecting you from the rainy days and for shade in the sun.

The whole garden and vegetable patch and the orchard have automatic irrigation. The orchard is all cultivated and kept nicely.

Between the garden fruit and vegetable there is a gate which leads on to the side road. There is a car parking space and also a garden shed.

The orchard has lots of fruit trees and is fenced all the way round. This area could be transformed into another annex house for guest or there is room for a swimming pool to be installed.

To the side of the house is a car space for one car and could be transformed into a covered carport.

The flooring of the house is of Portuguese mosaic tiles throughout. The windows have shutters also. The bedroom has fitted wardrobe

The property is situated on a quite road and peaceful village. The village is situated in the heart of the fruit farming area, producing the best pears and apples.

There is a local frequent bus to and from Caldas da Rainha. The village has a community club where everyone is made welcome. There is an old traditional restaurant which has a museum attached with antiques.

Caldas da Rainha is a Spa town, and offers a lovely seven day a week fresh fruit and vegetable open air market. Much of the fresh produce is from the local farmers own land. If you are a keen lover on the local traditional Chorizos and local cheeses, you will find everything here. Then there is the local china which is fabricated in the centre of Caldas da Rainha.

Caldas da Rainha has access to the best golden sandy beaches here on the Silver Coast. Foz do Arelho, Nazare. Peniche and Saõ Martinho do Porto. All the beaches are safe for children to play. Caldas da Rainha has a lovely park which has its own Tennis Courts and boating lake

You can get to Lisbon in around 45 minutes.
