Unique lakeside house with stunning views, private pontoon, near the ocean

This property enjoys a unique and special location with direct views and private waterfront access on the edge of Hourtin lake, the largest in France, and only 5 kilometres from the Atlantic coast surfing beaches.

The land of approximately 2000 m2 descends to the lake and jetty with views from the garden, terrace and most rooms.

The setting is natural and sublime, yet close to shops, restaurants, sailing, watersports, near golf courses and within a few kilometres of the famous Haut Medoc Chateaux vineyards.

The splendid city of Bordeaux and its international airport are 45 minutes away, and there is even a train link from nearby Lesparre or Pauillac

The house is on single-level comprising a living room with glass doors to the garden and views of the lake, 3 bedrooms, two of which have lake views, a fitted kitchen, dining-room/conservatory, and a very large shower-room which can easily be divided into two, providing an en-suite bathroom with WC for the master bedroom, and separate shower and WC.

This is a very special property and an excellent investment, with great development potential. It already has established summer letting revenues, but more importantly, due to its unique location, it cannot fail to appreciate substantially.

The property is for sale exclusively through us, so if you would like to know more, discuss the options and arrange a visit, please contact Andrew. But don’t delay !
